[Herodotus2010] What to read by October 11th

Andre will send you a note with more details - but Oct 11 will be an  
intro call so it will be less reading than the monthly calls to follow.

We'll talk about approaching Herodotus, the way the Reading Odyssey  
works and some initial questions based on the introduction and some  
initial reading.
